Our Faculty's Department of Tourism Management has successfully completed an important stage in its accreditation efforts, which have been ongoing since the end of 2017.
The report and evidence meticulously prepared by the Department of Tourism Management during the TURAK accreditation application process were reviewed by an evaluation team chaired by Prof. Dr. Şafak ÜNÜVAR, and including academic evaluator Prof. Dr. Burhan SEVİM, sector evaluator Ali Cenk YORULMAZ, and student evaluator Üzeyir Emrah İLTER.
As part of the field visit, meetings were held with the faculty administration, department heads, faculty members, research assistants, administrative staff, and stakeholders. At the end of the visit, a meeting was held in the rector's office with the participation of Rector Prof. Dr. Fatma Aydın, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Çetin KURNAZ, Dean of the Faculty of Tourism Prof. Dr. Yetkin BULUT, Deputy Dean Assoc. Dr. Zuhal ÇİLİNGİR ÜK, and the Head of the Faculty of Tourism Unit Mentor Monitoring and Accreditation Evaluation Committee, Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Esra KATIRCIOĞLU.
The exit notification report prepared as a result of the meetings was presented to Rector Prof. Dr. Fatma AYDIN.
