Payments for cafeteria meals at Ondokuz Mayıs University (OMÜ) are now much easier and more advantageous for students and staff. With the new system:

  • Payments can be made in seconds using QR codes without the need for cash,
  • All access and payment processes will be gathered on a single platform, ensuring a more efficient operation,
  • Students and staff who add their Akbank cards and credit cards to the system will be offered advantages such as the "Buy 5 meals, get 1 free" campaign and the "Meal on Hold" application,
  • The "Meal on Hold" system allows both providing support and receiving support when needed. * In line with our university's digitalization vision, a 24/7 operational, secure, and reportable infrastructure will be guaranteed.

This transformation is not just about making payments easier; it's also an important step that strengthens OMÜ's student-friendly approach and makes campus life compatible with modern technologies.

Advantageous Meal Opportunity: Buy 5 Meals, Get 1 Free

All our students and staff who are Akbank card or credit card customers and pay using the SoliClub application can benefit from the "Buy 5 Meals, Get 1 Free" campaign. This campaign will be valid for one year for each participant and will directly contribute to our students' budgets.

With the "Meals on Hold" system, it will be possible to both offer support and receive support when needed. 400 meals are offered free of charge every day through "Meals on Hold". You can increase this number by adding more meals to the "Meals on Hold" system.

  • Download the SoliClub application to your phone and start the registration process by pressing the "Register" button.

  • Select your university; if you are a student, register with your student number; if you are a staff member, register with your Turkish Republic Identity Number. * After filling in the required information, complete your registration and log in.

How to make payments?

  • You must add your Akbank card/credit card using the "Add Card" option in the application.

  • You need to create a BKM Express membership during the card addition process. (If you already have a BKM Express membership, you can log in.)

  • We strongly remind you that the added card must be an Akbank card or a credit card from the same bank. When opening your account via Akbank Mobile, you must use Branch Code 1389 (Akbank 19 Mayıs University Branch).

  • After completing the card addition process, you can benefit from the convenience of quick payments with your Akbank card or Akbank credit card.

QR Code Convenience at Cafeteria Entrances

Users who have completed their membership to the SoliClub application and added their Akbank card/credit card can enter the cafeteria by scanning the QR code on the turnstile with the camera activated through the application.

Reminder for Akbank Customers: Have you activated your card?

  • If you are an Akbank customer but haven't used your bank card for a long time, insert your card into an ATM once or make a small purchase to avoid any problems.
  • If you received your card: Create a PIN and activate it via Akbank Mobile or an ATM.
  • If you use Axess/Wings cards, you can add them as well.
  • New customers: New Akbank customers receive a digital card, so no extra steps are required. * When opening your account via Akbank Mobile, you must use Branch Code 1389 (Akbank 19 Mayıs University Branch).
