Students Present Their Problems to the Dean
The Dean-Student Meeting held on November 4, 2025, provided an opportunity for students to directly convey their difficulties regarding campus life and education to Dean Prof. Dr. Yetkin Bulut.
Among the main agenda items of the meeting were disruptions in city and district transportation and the attitudes of some public transportation officials. Dean Bulut stated that he would personally bring this issue to the attention of the relevant local government authorities.
Students also raised concerns about technical infrastructure problems in classrooms, general hygiene and material shortages, insufficient social areas, and operational issues in some support services (canteen, cafeteria, etc.). Disruptions in library services were another issue brought up.
Dean Prof. Dr. Yetkin Bulut stated that discussions would be held with relevant departments and companies to resolve issues related to services such as the library and cafeteria. He noted that they were in contact with the Construction Department to improve the physical conditions of the campus, adding that feedback regarding personnel would also be considered and that work had begun on addressing students' requests for social activities.
